Love our Cyclone Monsoon Spa. Customer service has been incredible, from time of research, to quote, to purchase, to delivery, to regular water testing and after sales maintenance. Nothing is a bother to them. All their staff have been amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend Just Spas Hobart to anyone who is looking to purchase a spa and is seeking exceptional before and after customer service.

I cannot speak more highly of Spa Choice Hobart and their customer service. Dan and Janelle have gone out of their way to help us. From initially looking at the spas and trying to decide which one would suit our family to coming to our home after it was delivered to show us what to do, nothing was a bother. Every interaction with this business is a pleasant experience. We have asked so many stupid questions along the way and they have been so patient with us and explained everything in a way that we understand. We love our spa and have already got so much use out of it that we wonder how we ever went without one.
